Jersey City-based Lotto.com is a web-based platform that allows consumers to purchase lottery tickets on any device without downloading a mobile app or depositing money into an account. As an exclusive retail partner, QuickChek will allow the startup to reach consumers at the chain’s convenience stores in the Garden State.

Lotto.com operates an e-commerce platform based on four key pillars:
